  • Reservation and Payment
    • The minimum age of the tenant is 21 years.
    • Upon receipt of payment to account BE60 9502 8156 5770 (BELLESTORM BV), we will send a confirmation by email.
    • The reservation is final once payment is received. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Rental Costs & Deposit
    • Included: Rent includes bed linen (beds made), towels, energy, wifi, and basic essentials.
    • Cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Please leave the property tidy, place sorted waste in the designated area, and clean any used appliances.
    • Deposit: The €250 deposit (cash at check-in) will be refunded within 5 working days after departure
  • Cancellation Policy
    • In case of cancellation by the tenant:
      • Up to 30 days: no charge.
      • Up to 15 days: 50%;
      • From 15 days: the full rental price.
    • Exception: If government measures prohibit the stay, we will refund the full amount within 5 days. Cancellations via info@vakantiehuisdesmisse.be.
  • House Rules and Liability
    • Please act as a prudent and reasonable person, respect our neighbors, and avoid excessive noise.
    • The owner is not liable for theft, loss, or personal injury. The tenant is liable for all damages. Please report any issues before departure.
    • Smoking and pets are not allowed.
  • Complaints & Miscellaneous
    • Report any issues immediately to +32 479 21 85 71 or info@vakantiehuisdesmisse.be.
    • Belgian law applies. The owner is not bound by obvious errors on the website.
