Holiday Home De Smisse is a luxuriously furnished new build from 2026.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped 32m² studio, with a luxury box spring bed, a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a kitchenette, and access to the private garden terrace. In the separate storage room, you will find a washing machine and dryer.

The living area on the first floor (60m²) features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge, access to the balcony terrace, and includes a storage room with a freezer and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with luxury box spring beds. The windows are triple-glazed and equipped with electric blinds for maximum sleeping comfort. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The entire house has underfloor heating, central ventilation, and is insulated to the highest standards.

Bicycles can be stored and charged in the enclosed garage. The small but tastefully landscaped garden is enclosed, offers plenty of privacy, and includes a barbecue.
